Fundraising Chair (Research and recommend fundraising events to council for approval,  Oversee execution of approved fundraisers, Follow all finance committee procedures, Prepare monthly committee report for Board meetings)

 Volunteer Chair (Coordinate staffing needs for PTO, Work with campus VIPS Coordinator, Actively recruit volunteer base, Maintain list of volunteers , Work with committees to ensure adequate staffing for events and programs, Work with public relations committee to recognize and thank all volunteers, Prepare committee report for Board meetings when necessary) 

 Membership Chair (Actively recruit PTO members, Promote the benefits of membership, Prepare committee report for Board meetings when necessary) 

 Hospitality/Staff Appreciation Chair (Organize staff appreciation events, coordinate food and treats for staff on identified dates, Coordinate Teacher Appreciation Week, Prepare committee report for Board meetings when necessary)
